It's Like HDTV For Your Windows!

New TRU-VIEW™ Rear Tilt Option
Provides A Clear Difference For
Heritance Hardwood Shutter

Hunter Douglas Tru-View - The new HDTV

The new Rear Tilt operating system called Tru-View™ Rear Tilt system is now available for Heritance Hardwood Shutters.  This new tilt option will provide unobstructed views and allow your customers to control louver rotation with only one rear tilt bar for panels up to 66 inches in height.  For panels over 66 inches, a divider rail is used to allow the panel louvers to operate in sections.

The Tru-View™ Rear Tilt system is available on all panel configurations, including Bifold and Bypass Track systems and the new French door Cutout system (pictured at right).

It is estimated that, depending on your market area, Tru-View
Rear Tilt may account for as much as 45 % of your sales.

Heritance uses superior methods to achieve the openness provided by Tur-View. This ensures trouble-free operation for the life of the shutter.  From the front you see just louvers in the open or closed position.  To operate them, like any other shutter, you simply grasp one louver and move it to the desired tilt position.

Take a look from the back and you will see that each louver on a Tru-View system shutter is notched to allow for full closure.  The color coordinated connector (left) is always located on the hinged side of the panel.  It will be fully recessed when the louvers are tilted up to their fully closed position.

The connector is attached by a double diamond-knurled pin which allows full rotation, precise and reliable louver adjustment.

The only difference in measuring for shutters when using the Tru-View Rear Tilt system is the need to allow for an additional clearance of 3/8" behind the panel.  Other than that all measuring and installation techniques are the same as for panels using the traditional tilt-bar.
