Edge banding is one of the great new options available with the all new Provenance Woven Woods Collection.

Two Complete Collections

The new sample book set from Provenance® offers two complete collections that fit together nicely. into a softside shoulder case, which holds both volumes. The carrying case also has a pocket for the new Options deck with samples of  available trims and new edge banding. It also holds the Opacity deck – with both the flat fabric and MicroPleat opacity options that are available in the Provenance collection. 

By dividing the two books by fabrics, it is easier to quickly locate patterns of interest. For a heavier or stronger look, start with the Wood and Bamboo book. For something lighter and more simple, the Grasses and Reeds book would be a better place to start.

Grasses & Reeds 
Volume One features Grasses and Reeds – patterns that are light weight and airy, with soft and elegant attributes. Our new Grasses and Reeds collection presents 34 striking selections. There are 22 returning favorites mixed with 12 completely new fabrics all contained in a smaller, more manageable sampling vehicle. 

All of the technical information and appealing new photography can be found in the front of the book, making it very easy to find details or help your customers picture Provenance shades in their own homes. 

Each sample is easily removed with snap in headers that allow simple removal and replacement of every swatch. This header system allows you to remove one sample at a time and snap it back in easily and securely when you're finished.  You may also want to rearrange the samples according to your preferences.

Wood & Bamboo
Volume two features Wood and Bamboo patterns that are larger in scale, in many bold color combinations including wood slats, heavy braids, and new bamboo patterns. This sample book is formatted the same as the Grasses and Reeds sample book, with all technical information and photography in a brochure inside the front cover of the book.

Again – all swatches are removable as shown above. 24 new fabrics in one book! The new Wood and Bamboo sample book contains 24 new fabrics, amounting to over 75% of the new collection. 

New! Edge Banding 
Edge Banding options now allow consumers to purchase Provenance® woven wood shades that accent their existing décor. There are 34 patterns available in solid twills, mingled bouclés, and stunning jacquards. There are two style options for edge banding:

• Side Only – where edge banding is sewn down the sides of both the shade and the valance. 

• Side and Bottom - which has banding sewn down both sides of the shade and valance plus 
  banding sewn across the bottom of the shade and valance.

Twill, Bouclé, and Jacquard patterns change the appearance of each unique fabric. Above you can see how the new Tahiti, in Vanilla Bean fabric looks great with each of the banding options shown. Each banding option transforms each fabric selected in a different way. For a subtle frame effect, choose a solid banding in a similar color to the fabric. For a contrast choose a patterned banding that accentuates a single color in a multi colored fabric. Encourage customers to experiment with all of the beautiful combinations possible with our new Edge Banding program. 

Note: Edge banding is not available with Enchant, Mandalay, or Autumn Harvest fabrics.

New! Color Coordinated Headrails
Now Provenance woven wood shades are made with coordinating white, natural, beige or brown headrail colors are now standard on all Provenance® woven wood shades.
