New DuoLite Design Option For LiteRise®.
 Now, the most revolutionary cordless manual
lift system for Duette honeycomb shades is available with
DuoLite. Duolite allows you to put two shades into
one window opening without having to layer or stack one
behind the other. It all fits in with one headrail
and one set of brackets. Duolite shades are also
available with standard cordlock operation operation or
with the retractable cord of Duette with Ultraglide.
When
combined with the new LiteRise it only takes a a few
seconds and the touch of a finger to switch from privacy
to a softened sheer view or to a completely open
view. DuoLite shades can be made with a
variety of fabrics, but the most popular use is to use the
Whisper Sheer™ Duette fabrics as the upper shade and Eclipse™
room darkening fabric as the lower shade. Duolite is the
perfect solution for rooms that would benefit from the two
varying opacities of the selected fabrics. Among other
rooms, Duette LiteRise shades with Duolite are
particularly well-suited for bedrooms and media rooms.

New Top-Down/Bottom-Up Design Option
For LiteRise®
In
addition to DuoLite®, Duette LiteRise honeycomb
shades can now be made with a Top-Down/Bottom-Up
feature as well. Top-Down/ Bottom-Up shades
operate similarly to a DuoLite shade with no upper
shade. This option has long been the most
popular upgrade for cordlock operated shades and
for Duette UltraGlide shades with a retractable
cord.
Combined
with the LiteRise feature, there are no
operational cords. There are visible cords,
however, that hold the middle moving rail in
place, though. As the name implies, these
shades can be opened from the top in a downward
position or lifted upward from the bottom.
Top-Down/Bottom-up shades allow light to flow from
above while maintaining privacy.

Duette
with LiteRise —in all of its design options, is
ideal for applications where great shades and
child safety need to be combined. Be sure
that LiteRise Shades are placed within your
customer's convenient reach, from above and
below. When the shade is out-of-reach,
suggest using Duette with Ultraglide®
instead. The retractable cord of Ultraglide
can still be maintained out of the reach of
children at all times. Now, for the first time
both LiteRise and UltraGlide are available with
the same design options, so you'll always be able
to choose what is best for each customer. |
